Mumbai, October 17, 2019: Senior Congress leader and former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that due to the discriminatory policies and inefficiency of the Modi government, the country is stuck in the crisis of economic recession due to which the hopes of the people are clouded and their future looks bleak.
