Governor of the Reserve Bank of India, Shri Shaktikanta Das announced this during his Monetary Policy Address today. He also mentioned that the Monetary Policy Committee has unanimously voted to leave Policy Repo Rate unchanged (4%) in order to continue with the accommodative stands to revive growth and continue to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
