New Delhi, 29th July 2021: Retired Supreme Court judge Justice Markandey Katju has said that even if the BJP loses the Lok Sabha elections in 2024 and the opposition alliance wins, There will be no improvement in general public life.

Justice Katju wrote a short post on his verified Facebook page titled “ Kou nrip hoye hamein ka haani ?“.

Justice Katju’s remarks come at a time when West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is in Delhi to try for unity of opposition parties.

“Kou nrip hoye hamein ka haani ?

Scenario if BJP wins 2024 parliamentary elections : unemployment will keep increasing, prices of foodstuffs and fuel will keep rising, child malnourishment will keep growing, farmers suicides will keep on being committed, corruption will continue unabated, etc.

Scenario if BJP loses and an alliance wins : the same.

So what is all this hue and cry about Opposition unity about ?

It will make no difference in the people’s lives.

Real change can only come through a mighty united people’s revolution”
