Ashok Kumar Basotra National Secretary General Social Movement Party
Ashok Kumar Basotra

Social
Movement Party (SMP) organized a “PRESS CONFERENCE” at Press Club, Jammu on
Tuesday, 19-03-2019 at 11:00 a.m. addressed by its National Secretary General
(Rashtriya Pramukh Mahasachiv) Advocate Ashok Kumar Basotra.

Mr. Basotra expressed that RSS, its allied wings and political front BJP have worked hard to change the basic structure of the Constitution of India during its tenure of 2014 to 2019. He further asserted that copy of the Constitution of India was burnt for the first time during the history of India only during the rule of BJP. Maximum plunderers absconded from India with thousands of Crores of rupees during last five years. Education is at its lowest ebb, health sector is totally collapsed, employment is totally finished, personal security of every citizen is no more, justice is just a dream for 95% population of the country, human development index is at a very shameful stage, World Bank & IMF loan crosses 85 Lakh Crores, representation of Mulnivasi Bahujans in Legislature, Executive, Judiciary & Media have gone to a negligible figure, farmers, labourers & students have been befooled and forced to commit suicide in large number, fraternity of the citizens has been tarnished to its maximum extent. Rule of Indian National Congress was very bad, but rule of BJP was the worst especially for the Mulnivasi Bahujans. Establishment of rule of law irrespective of caste, colour, creed, region, religion, language etc. whatsoever should be the primary requirement of a democratic set up and SMP stands for it.

Mr. Basotra further expressed that RSS, its allied wings and political front BJP are hell bent on to crush the Mulnivasi Bahujans completely as no decision had been taken by the PDP – BJP Coalition government with respect to implementation of 27% reservation for OBCs as well as giving retrospective effect to the posts to be occupied by the SCs & STs in J&K state by virtue of reservation in promotion. Since the formation of BJP Government in Center and PDP – BJP Coalition Government in J&K State, not even 1% of the total population of Mulnivasi Bahujans in J&K State could secure employment/jobs because of the hidden agenda policies of PDP-BJP of crush & rule. The only thing PDP – BJP did during this tenure is that these parties divided the Mulnivasi Bahujans on religious and caste lines.

Mr. Basotra
appealed all the sections of Mulnivasi Bahujans belonging to different
religions divided by its enemy into different castes and communities to
maintain brotherhood and fraternity amongst themselves under all the
adversaries and unite to dislodge the machination of division on Hindu –
Muslim, Mandir – Masjid & Jammu – Kashmir lines beneficial to the so called
upper caste rulers. He further appealed to all the Mulnivasi Bahujans to defeat
the Manuwadi forces as these forces have completely failed to provide social
justice to the weaker sections of the society and safety and protection to them
in the State of J&K.

Mr. Basotra
further appealed to all the SCs, STs, OBCs & Minority Communities viz.
Mulnivasi Bahijans of India who are the Aboriginal Indigenous Indians
constituting more than 92% of the total population of the country to come to
form a single largest platform of SMP and join hands to crush these fascist
forces so that liberty, equality, fraternity & justice i.e. Rule of Law is
established in India according to the Constitution of India. Mr. Basotra expressed
that the SMP is committed to provide Liberty, Equality, Fraternity and Justice
to all the citizens as enshrined under the Preamble of the Constitution of
India.

Finally, the SMP thanked all the Press & Media persons who attended the Press Conference, and also thanked its members, activists & leaders to make this Press Conference a grand success.
