CJI Bobde does not allow the other 2 judges to speak, and he makes all these statements without consulting them. Evidently, these 2 judges are scared to disagree with the Chief Justice.

judicial activism does not become judicial adventurism, the courts must act with caution and proper restraint. They must remember that judicial activism is not an unguided missile and failure to bear this in mind would lead to chaos.
