OBC reservation is pure fraud, explains Justice Katju

OBC reservation is pure fraud The Lok Sabha has unanimously passed the 127th Constitutional Amendment Bill, 2021 enabling state governments and union territories to prepare their own lists of OBCs ( other backward castes ), and the Rajya Sabha will probably do likewise. My respectful, submission is that whatever the merit of the reservation for SCs ( Scheduled Castes ) in educational institutions and government jobs, reservation for OBCs is pure fraud.
