Supreme court’s decision against Prashant Bhushan should be recalled – Citizens for Democracy
New Delhi. 18th August. Citizens for Democracy has sais that the Supreme court’s decision against Prashant Bhushan should be recalled. Full text of CITIZENS FOR DEMOCRACY’s PRESS STATEMENT is as follows- It is a matter of grave concern that the Supreme Court has held the well known lawyer Prashant Bhushan guilty of contempt of court on account of his two tweets. The judgment of the Supreme Court is an assault on the freedom of speech.
