The UN welcomed
Pakistan’s offer to release Indian Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman.

According to international media reports,  The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres welcomed Pakistan’s offer to release Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, who was captured when his MiG21 went down in Pakistan-occupied territory.
