People like Gautam Adani got the 6 important Airports management without having any experience and all these airports are being made via People money:  Comrade Harbhajan Singh Sidhu, General Secretary, Hind Mazdoor Sabha

New Delhi, 27 Aug 2021: All India Bank Employees’ Association invited Comrade Harbhajan Singh Sidhu, General Secretary, Hind Mazdoor Sabha to address the attendees at AIBEA’s ongoing National Seminar series to share his opinion and facts on the theme of People’s Money for People’s Welfare.

Highlighting the current scenario he said, “current times are really bad for the working class as the ruling party is only working for the big corporates and the multinational companies.”

Sharing his views on the government initiatives he said, “The government announced 20 Lacs package post covid for the corporates only as in that package there is nothing for the workers.”

In light of the current privatization row, the government has decided to hand over the 41 Ordinance companies where about 80,000 workers are working and they have decided to privatize.

“They have said that they will merge them in 7 companies, however those who will buy share more than 51% will be getting the ownership of the company,” he said.

Sharing his opinion on the rising corporate influence he added, “The government is not listening to us people, however,  those who are close to the government are doing good business during the Pandemic times staying unaffected. They took all the advantage and became the richest man of the Asia and second is Gautam Adani”.

The public sector has been beneficial to the ones living in the rural area wherein private sector banks have not even turned to. In fact, the Public sector banks have been providing enough employment to the youth of this nation.

He concluded by congratulating  AIBEA on their initiative and the ongoing fight against privatisation.
