News has come that Hindu students celebrating Holi in Punjab University, Lahore were beaten up by a Muslim extremist group, and 15 Hindus were injured.
Right-wing Hindutva groups and pro-BJP TV channels have highlighted this, and this may have a reaction in India by further attacks on Muslims, who have been often targeted in the recent past. One may ask why this increase in religious intolerance in our subcontinent ? Let me explain.
I have repeatedly said that 99% people in all communities, whether Hindu, Muslim or any other, and whether in India, Pakistan or Bangladesh, are good, and want good and amicable communal relations.
However, there are powerful vested interests which want, and incite communal hatred, for their own benefit.
In the article “puppeteer and puppet” I have explained that the developed countries are determined that India ( in which I include Pakistan and Bangladesh, as we are really one country, only temporarily separated ) must not be allowed to become a developed country.
These developed countries fear that if India becomes a highly industrialised country, for which it has all the potential, the industries of the developed countries will collapse as they will not be able to face the competition from us, as we have cheap labour,and so we will be able to sell our goods at less than half their prices ( since cost of labour is a big chunk of the total cost of production ). Will they allow this? No, they will fight it tooth and nail, as they certainly do not want their industries to collapse.
And how do they do that?
They do it by making Indians fight each other on the basis of religion, caste, language or race.
The political leaders of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are really puppets of the developed countries, and do their bidding of keeping our subcontinent backward, by polarising society.
India is presently ruled by a party which is openly anti-minorities, and the Pakistani authorities turn a Nelson’s eye on atrocities on minorities ( forced conversions, misuse of blasphemy laws, etc ). So both these governments are complicit in the agenda of the developed countries of making Hindus and Muslims hostile to each other.
I regard the political and religious leaders in India and Pakistan as small fries. They are only puppets, who are handled by the puppeteer ( the developed countries ) who are hidden by a screen. Unfortunately, most people see only the puppets ( our political leaders ), and think they are moving about of their own volition. whereas the truth is that it is the puppeteer who is handling them from behind the screen.
It is time people know the truth, and expose this racket.
