Rahul Gandhi's big claim, 'ED raid planned against me'
Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has claimed that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is planning a raid on him. He said that some ED insiders have told him about the raid plan and he is waiting for them.
In a post on X on Friday, Rahul Gandhi said, " Apparently, 2 in 1 didn’t like my Chakravyuh speech. ED ‘insiders’ tell me a raid is being planned. Waiting with open arms @dir_ed …..Chai and biscuits on me."
Not only this, Rahul Gandhi also tagged the official X handle of the Enforcement Directorate in his post.
Supreme Court dismisses plea seeking SIT probe into electoral bonds
The Supreme Court has dismissed pleas seeking a judicially monitored SIT probe into the alleged scam in election funding using electoral bonds (EBs). The apex court had on February 15 held the scheme unconstitutional and struck it down. A public interest litigation (PIL) filed by two non-governmental organizations (NGOs) has alleged a "blatant nexus" between political parties, corporations and investigative agencies.

Central Electricity Authority (CEA) accords concurrence to two Hydro Pumped Storage Plants
India needs Hydro Pumped Storage Projects (PSPs) to support faster energy transition with large-scale integration of renewable capacity in the country and also ensure energy security.
To ensure that Hydro PSPs get commissioned on a fast track, thereby accelerating the growth of India’s renewable energy and energy storage capacity, Central Electricity Authority (CEA) has accorded concurrence to two Hydro PSPs namely, 600 MW Upper Indravati in Odisha being developed by OHPC Ltd (A Government of Odisha Undertaking) and 2000 MW Sharavathy in Karnataka being developed by KPCL (A Government of Karnataka Undertaking) in record time. CWC, GSI, CSMRS and the stakeholders have jointly fully supported CEA in mission mode.
