The Bihar election teaches us that what is not relevant is what goes into the ballot box, but what comes out of it.

You may have voted for candidate A, but the vote which comes out of the ballot box may show that you voted for candidate B.

The same principle applies to electronic voting too, for the machine can be rigged by those controlling it.
