CAA : Delhi turns into war zone, students-police
stand-off
Despite a police flag march in the Jamia Nagar area, and
tear gas used to disperse stone pelting protestors, five hours since
demonstrators turned violent and clashed with police, anger still seethes. The
Delhi Police on Sunday denied reports of entering the Jamia Millia University
campus in the wake of violent protests that left several injured and many vehicles
destroyed. All schools in south east Delhi will remain shut on Monday, Delhi
deputy chief minister and education minister Manish Sisoda announced on Sunday
night.
PM Modi accuses Congress, its allies of raising storm
over Citizenship Act
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today accused the Congress and
its allies of raising a storm over the Citizenship Act. He was addressing an
election rally in Dumka district of Jharkhand.
He asserted that the Opposition parties were behind the
unrest and arson in parts of the country. The Prime Minister lashed out at the
Opposition alliance in Jharkhand, saying the Congress does not have any roadmap
for developing the country.
Ticket cancellation charges of AN 32 Courier Service

For the convenience of passengers travelling by AN 32
Courier Service from Kargil to Srinagar and Jammu, the ticket cancellation
charges have been reduced from the existing 300 rupees to 150 rupees per
passenger.

FASTags or prepaid rechargeable tags for Vehicle toll collection
with automatic payment have come into force this morning. It became mandatory
for all vehicles.
No plan to use Artificial Intelligence in decision-making
process in courts says CJI
Chief Justice of India SA Bobde has said that there is no
plan to use Artificial Intelligence in the decision-making process in the
courts. Justice Bobde said, there is no move to substitute the judicial
decision-making process of the human mind. He made this clarification after the
former chief justice of India RM Lodha expressed concern about the use of
Artificial Intelligence at a programme in Nagpur.

Sitharaman to hold pre-Budget consultations from tomorrow
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will hold pre-Budget

boosting growth. She is likely to present her second budget in Parliament on
